🔄 Returns & exchanges

Of course, you benefit from our 15-day Satisfaction Guarantee: if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return it. 

However:

• If you return one of the two products purchased as a pair, your order will no longer be eligible for the 25% discount, since the promo requires two products. The refund will be adjusted to reflect the regular price of the item you keep.

• If you had received a free SG Balade and your order total falls below $300 after a return, you will have to return the gift or pay the regular price if you wish to keep it.

Our Durability Warranty normally applies: any discounted product can be exchanged if a defect occurs within one year of receiving it. 

🎁 Buying as a Christmas gift?

If your purchase is intended as a gift, please let us know at [email protected] after placing your order. We can start the warranty on the date the recipient receives the product, so they get the full coverage period.
