1. Install the Sounds Good app to access the SG Oasis settings. iOS | Android

2. Once your SG Oasis devices SG Oasis to the app, disable the Ear Detection feature. Depending on the shape of your ear canal, the sensors may interpret certain movements as if you were removing the earbuds. This can trigger unintended play or pause actions, making it seem like the sound is cutting out.

3. You can also try disabling the touch controls in the app, especially if you’re wearing a hat, to avoid accidental contact.

If the problem persists, contact our customer service at hello@soundsgood.ca.

Case

When the light is yellow-green, it indicates the case battery is low (1-20%).

When the light flashes green, it indicates that the case is charging (20% -99%).

When the light is solid green, it indicates that the case is fully charged.

Earbuds

The lights turn on when the earbuds are pairing to a device, during an incoming call, or when you reset them.

None of the light signals on the earbuds have any connection with their charge level.

If a technical problem occurs, reset your earbuds by following the steps below:

1. In your device's Bluetooth settings, select the Ultimate V6 and click Forget device.

2. Place both earbuds in the case.

3. Quickly tap 5 times on both earbuds simultaneously.

4. The light will flash green, then switch to red, and turn off.

5. Remove both earbuds from the case and pair them again.

Case

Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth to clean the charging case. If necessary, moisten the cloth lightly with isopropyl alcohol. Allow the charger case to dry. Make sure not to get any liquid in the charging ports.

Earbuds

1. Remove the silicone tips.

2. Gently remove the wax with a wooden toothpick or small, fine-bristled brush. Make sure not to push any debris deeper into the earbud.

3. Clean the earbud’s filters with a cotton swab soaked in 70% isopropyl alcohol. We recommend these swabs because they are lint-free and specially designed to clean small, hard-to-reach areas, but you can use those you have available at home.

4. Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth to remove any remaining dust and debris. You can also use a cleaning gel or gum.

5. Gently disinfect the outer surfaces of the earbuds with a wipe soaked in 70% isopropyl alcohol, 75% ethyl alcohol, or a disinfectant wipe.

Here are a few more guidelines:

• Do not run your Ultimate V6 under water or any other cleaning product.

• Make sure not to get any liquid in the openings.

• Be careful not to get moisture in any openings.

• Do not use sharp objects or abrasive materials to clean your Ultimate V6.

First, make sure your case is fully charged. When the light is solid green, it indicates that it is fully charged.

If your case has been plugged in for at least 15 minutes and there are no lights, first make sure the USB-C cable and your wall outlet are connected. If possible, try plugging the case with a different cable into a different outlet.

If your case is charging properly, but your earbuds won't charge:

1. Clean the charging pins (on the earbuds and inside the case) with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth.

2. Make sure the earbuds are well placed in the case. When you put the earbuds in the case, a red light should appear for a few seconds. It indicates that they are charging. You may have to press it down a bit to make proper contact.

3. Close the case and make sure it is tightly closed.

4. Charge it for two hours.
