Warranty and returns
At Sounds Good, we stand by our warranties and do not try to circumvent problems. Would you like to report a defective product or a problem that occurred after several months of use? Please read the section below to learn more about our different warranties and return policies.
Please note that the information provided on this page relates exclusively to purchases made on our website. For purchases made in-store or on another website, we recommend checking with the respective merchant to understand their specific policy before making your purchase.
Satisfaction guarantee
Sounds Good products may be returned for a full refund if they do not meet your expectations, even if they have been opened and used. Wireless earbuds are covered by a 15-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of receipt. For other products, it is 30 days.
In order to preserve your warranty privileges, please follow these guidelines:
- The product was purchased online on our website, not in a store or on Amazon.
- The product must be clean, lightly used, and functioning as if it were new.
- The product must not have suffered any physical or accidental damage.
- The product must be returned in its original box.
- The product must be returned by mail within 10 days of return approval.
Upon confirmation of the return, refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 5-10 business days.
Delivery fees and final sale products are non-refundable.
In the event of a return that does not meet the above conditions, Sounds Good reserves the right to refuse to process the return or to deduct a fee from the total refund.
Durability guarantee
New products
Our headphones and speakers are covered by a 1-year durability guarantee.
Quality control is one of our top priorities, as is customer satisfaction. We have great confidence in our products and that's why, even as a small company, we take the liberty of offering a warranty equal to or greater than those major brands.
If you encounter a problem with your product, we encourage you to first consult our Help Center. If none of the solutions offered solves the problem, contact our customer service. Please provide as much detail as possible in your initial inquiry to help us serve you more quickly and efficiently. In order to establish that a product is defective, we will ask you a few questions and require you to perform some manipulations.
In the event of a defect, we will ask you to return the defective pair and exchange it for a new pair. If the product you had is no longer available, we will offer you a similar or superior model.
All return requests are reviewed by our customer service department. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refurbished products
Our refurbished products are covered by a 6-month durability guarantee, which is half the time offered for our new products. If a refurbished product is defective, we will replace it with the same refurbished product in perfect working condition.
Gifts
If the product is intended to be given as a gift, the warranty period begins when the gift is opened and the same rules apply. This policy applies all year round (not just at Christmas). Once you place your order, please email us at [email protected] to let us know that your order is a gift so that we can add a note to your account.
Return or exchange a product
If you wish to return or exchange a product, please contact our customer service via email at [email protected]. Include the product name, reason for the return, and your order number. We will provide instructions on how to proceed based on your situation.
Return shipping costs
A prepaid shipping label will be provided. You will not have to pay any fees to return a product under warranty.
