WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

For the moment, we only ship to Canada. In the near future, however, we plan to begin to USA.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PRODUCTS?

All orders are processed and sent within 12-72 hours! After that, shipping takes between 2 to 7 business days, depending on the item and the destination.

DO YOU ACCEPT PAYPAL?

Yes, of course! We also accept all major credit card companies, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

WILL ALL MY ITEMS BE DELIVERED AT ONCE?

We try to minimize packaging and simplify things as much as we can for you, but for the moment, we cannot guarantee simultaneous shipping in only one package. Because we have different suppliers and because some orders are directly sent from their factory to improve efficiency, it is possible that you will receive items from the same order at different times.

Please keep this in mind and don’t worry if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way!

WHERE DO MY ITEMS ARE COMING FROM?

Mainly from Canada and China. In the future, we will keep adding more and more items designed and made in North America. At SoundsGood, we believe in responsible business practices such as the reduction of shipping distances. We also strongly support our local talent and we are constantly looking for original, responsible and high-quality items for you.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE?

We will refund you entirely (shipping included), don’t worry! If your item is defective, damaged, or any other problems occur with the item and you’re not responsible, you just have to email us at hello@soundsgood.com along with a picture of the defective item and we will issue the refund in a short time! If you have any further questions, feel free to take a look at our refund policy.

WHAT CURRENCY DO YOU ACCEPT?

Currently, all of our default prices are in CAD.

CAN I TRUST YOU THAT MY INFORMATION SECURE ON YOUR WEBSITE?

Yes! We make sure your checkout experience is safe by using Shopify’s SSL security. What’s that? SSL Certificates are small data files that encrypts your personal details and allows secure connections from a web server to a browser. In other words, Shopify takes all our website’s content and publishes it securely using HTTPS instead of HTTP. To make sure your information is safe when you checkout, just look at the URL bar; The URL will begin like this: https://soundsgood.com.

We never keep your credit card information, and it will only be used only once upon purchasing of your product. Then your credit card information is deleted until your next purchase. Furthermore, we only see the last 4 digits of your credit card which is harmless.

WHY AM I GETTING AN ERROR WHEN PLACING MY ORDER?

If you've double checked to make sure all your details were filled out properly and the system still does not process your order, try a new payment method or simply email us at hello@soundsgood.com  and we will help you figure it out!

HOW CAN I CANCEL OR MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

If you've already paid for your order but need to cancel or change anything, make sure to email us within 12 hours and we will fulfill your demand! After 12 hours you can still try, but we cannot guarantee we will be able to change anything since we probably will have approved and shipped your order! For special cases, you can always email us to explain your situation and we will see what we can do!

WILL MY ORDER BE TRACKED?

Yes! Once you complete checkout we will give you a tracking number for every item. You just have to go the Track My Order page, type your tracking number and you will be able to follow your items all the way to your front door! If, for some reason, we are not able to provide tracking to your location, don't hesitate to reach out at hello@soundsgood.com and we will give you an estimate on how far away your package is.

DO YOU SELL MY DETAILS TO ANY OTHER COMPANIES?

Absolutely not. Never. Your personal details will never be sold to third parties.
