1. General terms
1.1. In these Terms & Conditions, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Rotule Inc. the parent company of Sounds Good. The content of the App is managed and controlled by Rotule Inc.
1.2 By downloading, installing, or using the Sounds Good app (the "App"), you agree to the terms outlined below. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the App.
1.3. The App is designed specifically to control compatible Sounds Good products. It does not control all of our products.
2. License and restrictions
2.1. Rotule Inc. grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
2.2. You may not copy, modify, or transfer any data in the App or sent by the App to other devices. You may not use the App with any unauthorized tools, plug-ins, or attempt to derive tools from it.
2.3. Prohibited actions:
You may not engage in the following activities:
- Modify, forge, or manipulate the App’s functions, instructions, or data.
- Use the App to jeopardize internet security, access unauthorized servers, spread malicious software, or infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
3. App updates and modifications
3.1 Rotule Inc. reserves the right to update, modify, or change the App at any time.
3.2. The App does not guarantee that older versions will remain available after a new version is released.
4. Service risks & disclaimer
4.1. No liability for third-party damages: We are not responsible for any damages caused by third-party issues, such as network failure or device malfunctions.
4.2 Internet and security risks: The App, like most internet software, can be affected by external factors like network quality, security issues, or malicious programs. We are not liable for any damages resulting from such issues.
