Processing and delivery time
When you place your order, it will be processed within the next business day.
The shipping time depends on your address and your chosen shipping method.
Orders are shipped from our warehouses in Quebec and are generally delivered within the following time frames:
- QC: 2-5 business days
- ON: 2-6 business days
- NB, NS, PE, NL: 2-6 business days
- MB: 5-8 business days
- BC, AB, SA: 6-9 business days
Shipping costs
We offer free shipping on all orders over $150 shipped within Canada. For orders over $50, shipping is $4.99, within Canada.
Your order may be subject to additional fees if you entered the wrong shipping address and your order has already been shipped when you report the error.
Fees can be added if:
- Our carrier charges us a fee for rerouting packages;
- The package was returned to our warehouse and must be reshipped to the correct address with a new shipping label.
Shipment tracking
A tracking number will be automatically sent to you by email once your order is processed, so that you can follow the progress of your package.

Orders are shipped via Canada Post.
Payment options
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, ShopPay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
International shipping
Currently, our shipping service is available only within Canada for orders placed on our website.
However, if you are located outside of Canada, you can still order certain products from us through Amazon.com. This allows you to benefit from international shipping to countries where Amazon offers this service. Please note that prices may vary, and the availability of certain products on Amazon.com may differ from that on our website.
