Our imperfect products come with a 20% discount off the original price and the same warranty as new products (excluding, of course, the noted cosmetic defects). Please note that imperfect products are shipped in repurposed boxes, which are also imperfect. These are not their original boxes. Please note that a USB-C cable is not included. We encourage you to use a USB-C cable you already have to charge your headphones. If needed, you can purchase one separately on our website. Just make sure to add it to your cart before checking out.
You can test them out risk-free, thanks to our Satisfaction Guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return them free of charge within 15 days of receipt for a refund.
The headphones are covered by our one-year Durability Warranty. If they are found to be defective during the warranty period, we will replace them for new ones.
Replacement parts: You can purchase earpads and a hard case on our website and easily replace them yourself. Batteries are also available, but must be replaced by our team and therefore require a repair service.
Repair services: Mainly offered for software and functionality issues. Repairs do not cover cosmetic defects (such as scratches) or physical damage. They are free under warranty. Fees apply after the warranty period, including shipping and parts.
Care and usage information: A user guide is provided in the SG Session box and remains accessible at all times on our website, including instructions for use, care, and best practices to ensure the product’s longevity.
We offer free shipping on all orders over $99 delivered within Canada. If you wish to purchase accessories, we suggest ordering them together with your main purchase to avoid paying shipping fees twice.
