Please note that a USB-C cable is not included. We encourage you to use a USB-C cable you already have to charge your earbuds. If needed, you can purchase one separately on our website. Just make sure to add it to your cart before checking out.
You can test them out risk-free, thanks to our Satisfaction Guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return them free of charge within 15 days of receipt for a refund.
Our refurbished products are covered by a 6-month Durability Guarantee, which is half the time offered for our new products. If they are found to be defective, we will exchange them for another refurbished pair in perfect working condition.
Replacement parts: You can purchase individual earbuds or a charging case on our website, as well as additional ear tips and filters, which can be easily replaced by yourself. Other parts, such as the plastic cap and silicone cover, are also available upon request, as their replacement is more delicate and may require assistance from our team. Please contact us if needed.
Repair services: Mainly offered for software and functionality issues. Services are free under warranty, except for cosmetic defects (such as scratches) and physical damage. Fees apply after the warranty period, including shipping and parts. A deep cleaning and filter replacement service is also available for an additional fee.
Care and usage information: A user guide is provided in the SG Mini box and remains accessible at all times on our website, including instructions for use, care, and best practices to ensure the product’s longevity.
We offer free shipping on all orders over $99 delivered within Canada. If you wish to purchase accessories, we suggest ordering them together with your main purchase to avoid paying shipping fees twice.
