Please note that a USB-C cable is not included. We encourage you to use a USB-C cable you already have to charge your speaker. If needed, you can purchase one separately on our website. Just make sure to add it to your cart before checking out.
You can test it out risk-free, thanks to our Satisfaction Guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return it free of charge within 30 days of receipt for a refund.
The speaker is covered by our one-year Durability Warranty. In the event of a defect, we will exchange it for a new one.
Replacement parts: No replacement parts are available for the SG Balade. As it is a waterproof product designed as a single unit with no detachable components, opening it requires specialized tools. We therefore do not sell parts for self-replacement. Repairs, when possible, are carried out by our team. Please contact us if needed.
Repair services: Mainly offered for software and functionality issues. Repairs do not cover cosmetic defects (such as scratches) or physical damage. They are free under warranty. Fees apply after the warranty period, including shipping and parts.
Care and use information: A user guide is provided in the SG Balade box and remains accessible at all times on our website, including instructions for use, care, and best practices to ensure the product’s longevity.
We offer free shipping on all orders over $99 delivered within Canada. If you wish to purchase accessories, we suggest ordering them together with your main purchase to avoid paying shipping fees twice.
